There are four suites on building one. Each suite has approximately 1,100 square feet including indoor and outdoor living space. Each suite includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Furniture, fashioned by local craftsmen and made of richly colored mahogany and other hardwoods adorn each room. Floors are of porcelain tiles and counter tops of carefully brandished granite. Suites are centrally cooled and include hot and cold water. All suites include Smart TVs with cable.
The ground floor has a great view of the island’s west shoreline and a perfect vantage point for watching glamorous sunsets. The second, third and fourth floors offer bonus views of the great barrier reef to the east and of course, spectacular sunrises and sunsets too.
The rooftop provides a breathtaking 360 degree view of the island, the surrounding cayes and the sparkling Caribbean sea.
Building 2 contains two cozy units. These are one bedroom, one bathroom air-conditioned units that come with kitchenettes, hot and cold shower and smart tvs.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms.
Seahorse Den is located on the fourth floor and captures spectacular views from all rooms.
Starfish Cove is located on the 3rd floor and enables great photos of the reef and the bay.
Mermaid’s Quarters is located on the 1st floor and provides easy access to the pool and sea for swimming.
Crab Pad – Pool View is a one bedroom, one bathroom air-conditioned unit that comes with full kitchen, hot and cold shower, smart tvs and cable.
Crab Pad – Single is a one bedroom, one bathroom air-conditioned unit with kitchenette, hot and cold shower, smart tv and cable.

Property & Cancellation
- Reservations can be made by Visa or MasterCard.
- Prepayment of 50% of your reservation is due at the booking date.
- Full payment is required 59 days prior to arrival.
- Reservations made within 59 days or less to check in date must be paid in full.
- Reservations inclusive of 15 December to 15 January (Peak Season) must be paid in full and are non refundable.
- Full refund of prepayment if cancellation is done 60 days before arrival.
- Cancellations 59 days or less notice and no shows will result in 100% loss of booking.
- Any refund of deposit will have a 10% bank processing fee.
- We recommend the purchase of Trip Insurance to protect against cancellations caused by unforeseen events such as illness, strikes, weather, acts of God or other.
